新型冠状病毒肺炎(2019-nCoV)在中国突发,现在世界许多国家同样发生。全球每天确诊的新型冠状肺炎病例数量不断增加。现阶段,新型冠状病毒肺炎的死亡人数已经超过了2002—2003年中国发生传染性非典型肺炎(SARS-CoV),被认定为国际公共卫生紧急事件,引起了全球医疗卫生机构的高度警惕。新型冠状病毒肺炎是一种致命性的病毒感染,引起多种器官和系统的功能改变和病理改变。新型冠状病毒对心脏结构和功能的影响并不明确。该综述通过比较2019-nCoV与SARS-CoV及中东呼吸综合征病毒(MERS-CoV)在病毒致病机制上的异同来总结和推断2019-nCoV对心脏结构和功能的影响,为后续治疗伴有心血管并发症的新型冠状病毒肺炎提供依据。

The novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)outbreak,which initially began in China,has spread to many countries around the globe,with the number of confirmed cases increasing every day.With a death toll exceeding that of the SARS-CoV outbreak back in 2002 and 2003 in China,2019-nCoV has led to a public health emergency of international concern,putting all health organizations on high alert.Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a contagious disease that affect the function of multiple organs.Whether 2019-nCoV may affect the cardiac structure and function has not been elucidated systemically.Present review summarises and speculates the effect of 2019-nCoV on the cardiac structure and function via comparing with SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV in term of pathogenesis,which may provide evidences for treatment of this virus.
