大气污染治理旋转纤维除尘实验研究

摘要 高效湿式除尘器作为一种重要的除尘技术手段,能够有效地缓解空气污染问题,本文给出了旋转除尘除雾盘的结构,分析了旋转纤维切割气流的除尘机理,并对这种具有旋转除尘除雾盘除尘器的效率与除尘风速、弦切圆盘转速、喷嘴位置、喷雾方向等因素间的关系进行了实验研究,结果表明:在除尘风速为3 m/s,弦切圆盘转速为1000 r/min,顺流喷射时,对硅微粉的净化效率大于99.5%,此时的液气比仅为0.043 L/m 3。该湿式弦切除尘器结构简单、占地面积小、能耗低,具有较好的应用前景。 Efficient wet dust removal,as an important tool,can effectively alleviate the air pollution problem.In this paper,a wet cutting chord filter was developed,chord dust removal mechanism was analyzed,and the relationship between collection efficiency and the cylinder internal wind speed,string cut disc speed,nozzle position,orientation and other factors were studied experimentally.The results showed that when the cylinder internal wind speed is 3 m/s and the string cut disc speed was 1000 r/min,in downstream spray,the collection efficiency of silica powder was more than 99.5%and meantime the liquid-gas ratio was only 0.043 L/m 3.The wet type chord-cutting dust collector has the advantages of simple structure,small floor area and low energy consumption.
