独活寄生汤联合推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者功能障碍及炎症反应的影响

Efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage technique on dysfunction and inflammation in patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨独活寄生汤联合推拿手法对腰椎间盘突出症患者功能障碍及炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月于我院接受治疗的88例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各44例。观察组采用独活寄生汤联合推拿手法治疗,对照组行西医治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)及疼痛评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、各炎症因子水平,白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha,TNF-α)。结果:观察组治疗后腰腿酸痛评分,倦怠乏力评分、心烦失眠评分、咽干口渴评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后ODI指数、VAS评分、IL-6水平与TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合推拿手法在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中疗效确切,可改善腰椎功能障碍,控制炎症因子水平,促进预后恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate efficacy of the Duhuo Jisheng decoction(独活寄生汤)plus massage technique on dysfunction and inflammation in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:88 cases were divided into 2 groups,44 cases in each.The observation group was given the Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage technique,and the control group was given western medicine.Results:After treatment,the waist and legs soreness score,the fatigue score,the upset and insomnia score and the dryness and thirst score in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI index,the VAS score,the IL-6 level,and the TNF-αlevel were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus massage technique on dysfunction and inflammation in patients with lumbar disc herniation shows good effects,can improve lumbar spine dysfunction,control the level of inflammatory factors,and promote the recovery of prognosis.It is worthy of promotion and application.
