中药联合卡介菌多糖核酸自血穴位注射及耳穴压豆对慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Observation on treating chronic urticaria with TCM medicine plus acupoints injection of BCG-PSN and auricular-plaster therapy

目的:探究卡介菌多糖核酸联合自血穴位注射、中药免煎颗粒及耳穴压豆治疗慢性荨麻疹(Chronic Spontaneous Urticarial,CSU)的疗效观察。方法:选取81例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分成治疗组(41例)和对照组(40例),两组患者皆使用养血祛风颗粒和耳穴压豆治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合卡介菌多糖核酸及自血穴位注射,对两种治疗方案的疗效分析对比。结果:实验组和对照组在治疗总效率、治疗后的症状积分下降指数(Symptom Score Reduce Index,SSRI)评分及复发率差异有统计学意义。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸联合自血穴位注射及中药颗粒剂和耳穴压豆对慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,复发率低。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM medicine plus acupoints injection of BCG-PSN and auricular-plaster therapy on chronic urticaria.Methods:81 patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into the treatment group(41 patients)and control group(40 patients).All patients in groups were treated with the Yangxue Qufeng granules(养血祛风颗粒)and auricular-plaster therapy.The treatment group was given acupoints injection of BCG-PSN more.Results:There was statistically significant difference in total efficiency,SSRI score and relapse rate between groups.Conclusion:TCM medicine plus acupoints injection of BCG-PSN and auricularplaster therapy on chronic urticaria shows a definite effect on chronic urticaria,with low recurrence rate.
