运用“一气周流”理论中医辨证治疗新型隐球菌性脑膜脑炎1例

Treating cryptococcal meningoencephalitis by TCM syndrome differentiation based on the Yiqizhouliu theory

新型隐球菌性脑膜脑炎起病隐匿,临床表现不典型,容易误诊,本例以拨牙开始近半年经多家医院诊治后确诊。运用抗真菌治疗不良反应严重,治疗效果差,后运用传统中医理论,通过改变机体的内环境稳定性,运用“一气周流”的自然法则,以“透达肝木,清降肺金,藏肾精、透热转气”为治则,经过5 d的初步治疗,神经系统功能逐渐恢复。3个月内未再出现发热、头痛,神经功能逐步恢复,头颅核磁共振成像(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI)结果改善,脑脊液培养阴性。

The onset of cryptococcal meningoencephalitis is insidious,with atypical clinical manifestations,and easy to misdiagnose.This case started with tooth extraction,and was diagnosed after diagnosis and treatment in many hospitals for nearly half a year.The antifungal therapy shows serious adverse reactions and poor treatment effects.According to TCM theory of Yiqizhouliu(一气周流)and by changing the stability of the body’s internal environment,the principle was Touda Ganmu(透达肝木),Qingjiang Feijin(清降肺金).After 5 days of TCM treatment,the nervous system function gradually was recovers.No fever or headache occurred within 3 months,neurological function gradually was recovered,head MRI was improved,and cerebrospinal fluid culture was negative。
