自制通乳散结膏外敷联合揉抓排乳手法对哺乳期郁滞型急性乳腺炎的疗效观察

The effect of the self-made Tongru Sanjie ointment for external application plus rubbing and draining breast technique on acute mastitis with stagnation during lactation

目的:探究自制通乳散结膏外敷联合揉抓排乳手法对哺乳期郁滞型急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法:选择我院2018年8月-2019年8月收治的哺乳期郁滞型急性乳腺炎患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组患者予以揉抓排乳手法治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上予以自制通乳散结膏外敷。两组均治疗7日。治疗结束后对比分析两组临床疗效、白细胞计数(White Blood Cell Count,WBC),C反应蛋白(C-reactive Protein,CRP)和降钙素原(Procalcitonin,PCT)及不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组症状体征积分、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及降钙素原水平均降低;治疗后与对照组相比,试验组总有效率较高,症状体征积分、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及降钙素原水平较低(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:自制通乳散结膏外敷联合揉抓排乳手法治疗哺乳期郁滞型急性乳腺炎患者临床疗效显著,安全有效。

Objective:To explore the effect of the self-made Tongru Sanjie(通乳散结)ointment external application plus rubbing and draining breast technique on acute mastitis with stagnation during lactation.Methods:100 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated by rubbing and draining breast technique.The test group was treated with the self-made Tongru Sanjie ointment more.Results:Compared with before treatment,the symptom and sign scores,WBC,CRP and PCT levels in two groups were decreased after treatment.After treatment,the total effective rate in the test group was higher than control group.The WBC,CRP and PCT levels were lower in the test group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Tongru Sanjie ointment for external application plus rubbing and draining breast technique has a significant clinical effect,safe and effective on breast-feeding patients with stagnant acute mastitis.
