孕三烯酮联合中药琥珀散在卵巢巧克力样囊肿术后的应用价值分析

An analysis of the application value of gestrinone plus amber powder after operation of ovarian chocolate-like cyst

目的:探究孕三烯酮联合中药琥珀散在卵巢巧克力样囊肿术后的应用价值。方法:研究时段为2017年1月-2019年1月,行巧克力囊肿手术治疗的患者(50例)作为研究对象,按治疗方式分类:对照组(25例,孕三烯酮治疗),观察组(25例,孕三烯酮+中药琥珀散治疗),对比治疗效果、复发率、不良反应、中医证候积分、合并痛经率、癌胚抗原(CA)125水平。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率和不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分显著低于对照组、血清抗缪勒管激素(AMH)浓度显著高于对照组,合并痛经率、CA125水平都低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢巧克力样囊肿患者术后采用孕三烯酮联合中药琥珀散治疗效果显著,复发率低、不良反应少,有效缓解患者的痛经等症状,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of gestrinone plus amber powder in the operation of ovarian chocolatelike cyst.Methods:50 patients were divided into the control group(25 cases,gestrinone treatment)and observation group(gestrinone+amber powder).Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and serum AMH was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the combined dysmenorrhea rate and CA125 level were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The postoperative treatment of ovarian chocolate-like cysts with gestrinone plus amber powder shows a significant effect,with a low recurrence rate and fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of vigorous promotion in clinical practice.
