穴位贴敷疗法治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病气虚血瘀证有效性和安全性的Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of the efficacy and safety of acupoint patch therapy on coronary heart disease of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome

目的:评价穴位贴敷疗法治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)气虚血瘀证的有效性及安全性。方法:检索国内外的各种医学期刊,纳入使用穴位贴敷治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证的临床随机对照试验,使用偏倚风险评估指标对纳入文献进行质量评价,提取相关数据,运用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8项研究,共490例冠心病气虚血瘀证患者,试验方法质量普遍偏低。与对照组比较,在常规西药治疗的基础上加用穴位贴敷疗法,可有效缓解心绞痛症状(OR=3.23,95%CI:1.73~6.02,P=0.0002),提高心电图疗效(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.07~4.18,P=0.03),减少硝酸甘油用量(OR=2.97,95%CI:1.63~5.40,P=0.0004)。共3例患者出现不良反应,均为皮肤红疹、瘙痒。结论:穴位贴敷法治疗冠心病气虚血瘀证是安全有效的。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint patch therapy on coronary heart disease.Methods:All kinds of medical journals at home and abroad,including the clinical randomized controlled trial of using acupoint application on coronary heart disease of the Qixu Xueyu syndrome(气虚血瘀证),were searched by the index of bias risk assessment to evaluate the quality of the incorporated literature,extract the relevant data,and use the software of Rev Man 5.2 for Meta-analysis.Results:The quality of the test method was generally low in 490 patients with coronary heart disease.Compared with the control group,the use of acupoint patch therapy on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can effectively relieve angina symptoms(OR=3.23,95%CI:1.73~6.02,P=0.0002)and improve the electrocardiogram effect(OR=2.11,95%CI:1.07~4.18,P=0.03),reduce the amount of nitroglycerin(OR=2.97,95%CI:1.63~5.40,P=0.0004).A total of 3 patients suffer from adverse reactions,all of which were skin rash and itching.Conclusion:Acupoint application is safe and effective on coronary heart disease.
