区域远程超声诊断中心规范化培训探讨

Discussion on standardized ultrasonic training for regional remote ultrasound imaging diagnosis center

"看病难"和"看病远"是郊区百姓看病存在的主要问题。在区域远程超声诊断中心成立的新形式下,本研究探讨有效开展超声医师规范化培训的策略,为提高教学效率和保障区域远程中心健康有序可持续发展提供依据。通过分析区域内13家基层社区卫生服务中心规范化培训现状及存在的问题,对基层社区卫生服务中心的53名超声医师的超声随访正确率及满意度进行调查分析。针对区域远程超声诊断中心的不足之处提出相应的对策:组建专业教师队伍,加强教师队伍建设;理论及实训操作结合培训;建立远程教育平台;健全随访制度,及时反馈;完善转诊制度,解决基层转诊需求;加强区域远程超声的质控。这些对策切实有效地推进了超声规范化培训效能,满意度达98.11%。2018年各社区超声随访正确率为(94.79±2.74)%,区域远程超声诊断中心质量达到质控水平。结果表明,区域远程超声规范化培训应从理论到实践、从基础到精准,多种措施综合应用,打造管理精细化、质量标准化的区域远程超声诊断中心。

"Difficulty of seeing a doctor"and"long distance of seeing a doctor"are the main problems existing in suburban people’s seeing a doctor.Under the new form of the establishment of regional long-distance ultrasound diagnostic center,this study explores the effective strategy of standardized training of ultrasound physicians,and provides the basis for improving the teaching efficiency and ensuring the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of regional long-distance ultrasound diagnostic center.By analyzing the current situation and existing problems of standardized training in 13 primary community health service centers in the region,the accuracy and satisfaction of ultrasound follow-up of 53 doctors in primary community health service centers were investigated and analyzed.In view of the shortcomings of regional remote ultrasound diagnostic center,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward:setting up professional teachers and strengthening the construction of teachers;combining theory with practice and operation training;establishing distance education platform;improving follow-up system and timely feedback;improving referral system to meet the needs of grass-roots referral;and strengthening regional remote surveillance.Quality control of sound.These measures effectively promoted the effectiveness of standardized training of ultrasound,and the satisfaction rate reached 98.11%.In 2018,the correct rate of ultrasound follow-up was(94.79±2.74)%.The quality of regional remote ultrasound diagnosis center reached the level of quality control.The results show that the standardized training of regional long-distance ultrasound should be from theory to practice,from foundation to accuracy,and a variety of measures should be applied comprehensively to build a regional long-distance ultrasound diagnostic center with fine management and standardized quality.
