The psychological impact of COVID-19 on medical staff in children′s isolation wards and intervention strategies

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,根据国家卫生健康委员会发布的《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情紧急心理危机干预指导原则》,该文结合医院实际,从人口学特征、专科和心理培训与准备程度、工作环境及人际关系和个人意愿等相关心理健康影响因素方面,提出了综合性应对策略,为缓解儿童隔离病房医护人员心理压力提供帮助和支持。

During COVID-19 epidemic,according to the Guiding Principles for Emergency Psychological Crisis Intervention in the COVID-19 issued by national health commission,and based on the actual mental health factors of the hospital from demographic characteristics,specialties and psychological training and preparation,working environment,interpersonal relationships and personal wishes,this paper puts forward a comprehensive coping strategy to relieve the psychological pressure of medical staff in Children′s isolation wards.
