摘要
医学营养治疗(MNT)是糖尿病治疗的基础,应贯穿于糖尿病患者管理的全程。该文对糖尿病MNT的目标、营养物质摄入、膳食模式等进行综述,旨在为国内糖尿病患者因地制宜的个体化营养管理提供参考。现阶段我国临床营养师相对缺乏,相关专业人才的大力培养和多元化信息平台的充分应用,是未来我国糖尿病MNT的前进方向。
