摘要
火电厂及核电站中大量给水加热器长期运行于严苛的介质环境(高温、高压、腐蚀等)及复杂的运行工况中。在长期的服役过程中,因持续不断的腐蚀、蠕变、疲劳、应力作用下,设备会受到细微损伤。随着时间推移,细微损伤将逐渐累积,最终导致设备失效。这些设备一旦失效,将严重影响电站日常运行,造成巨大的经济损失,甚至是人员伤亡。因此,在役电站给水加热器的定期无损检测及日常监测,对电站的安全运行及经济效益有着重要意义。本文主要对在役电站给水加热器,尤其是高压加热器的健康检测方法进行论述。
Many feed-water heaters in service in thermal power stations and nuclear power stations have long been under severe operation conditions(such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosion, etc.) and complex operation conditions. In the long service process, due to continuous corrosion, creep, fatigue, stress, etc., the equipment will appear minor damage. Over time, minor damage will accumulate and eventually cause the equipment failure. Once the failure of the equipment occurs, it will seriously affect the daily operation of the power station, causing huge economic losses, even casualties. Therefore, regular nondestructive testing and daily monitoring of feed-water heaters of power stations in service are of great significance to the safe operation and economic benefits of power stations. This paper mainly discusses the health testing method of feed-water heater of power stations in service.
