摘要
目的建立听似药品智能化筛选方法,为优化管理提供量化依据。方法基于编辑距离算法理论,从汉字和拼音相似性角度出发,对药品的相似性进行算法设计。采用Matlab软件编程实现算法过程,构建听似药品管理量化指标体系,对住院药房听似药品进行总体、相似药品对、同架药品、同层药品的相似性分析,并列出重点优化管理药品。结果住院药房在架药品中文名称相似性均值为0.067,拼音相似性均值为0.240;相似性阈值(δ)取0.70时,筛选出听似药品对245对;同架听似药品对57对,分布在30个药品架,同架控制率为76.73%;同层货位听似对10对,分布在8个货位,同层控制率为95.92%;重点优化管理药品目录按相似类型归类,包括同厂不同规格3对,同规格不同厂1对,不同规格不同厂1对,药名不同5对。结论建立的指标体系能为药房听似药品的管理提供理论参考,为此类研究的后续开展提供简单的理论基础,也为进一步探索信息化药房管理提供了研究思路。
Objective To establish an intelligent screening method for sound-alike medications(SAM)and to provide quantitative basis for optimizing its management.Methods Based on the theory of edit distance algorithm,the algorithm program of Chinese characters similarity and Pinyin similarity was designed.Matlab software programming was used to realize the algorithm process,build a quantitative index system for SAM management,perform similarity analysis of the overall SAMs,similar drug pairs,same shelf drugs,and same-level drugs in inpatient pharmacies,and list the key optimized management drugs.Results The mean similarity of Chinese names of drugs on shelves in inpatient pharmacies was 0.067,and the mean similarity of Pinyin was 0.240.When the similarity threshold(δ)was set to0.70,245 pairs of SAMs were screened out.There were 57 pairs of SAMs distributed in 30 drug shelves,and the control rate of thesame shelf was 76.73%;10 pairs of SAMs distributed in 8 cargo spaces on the same-level,and the control rate of same-level was95.92%;the optimized management drug catalog was classified according to similar types,including 3 pairs of the same factory with different specifications,1 pair with the same specification from different factories,1 pair with different specifications from different factories,and 5 pairs with different drug names.Conclusion The established index system can provide a theoretical reference for the management of SAMs in pharmacies,provide a simple theoretical basis for the follow-up of such research,and provide research ideas for further exploration of information-based pharmacy management.
