全自动小包装中药饮片发药系统用于中药房药品调配效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of the Automatic Medicine Delivery System for Small Package of Chinese Herbal Pieces in Chinese Pharmacy

目的评价全自动小包装中药饮片发药系统用于中药房药品调配的效果。方法比较全自动小包装中药饮片发药系统使用前后医院中药饮片处方高峰期患者等候时间、调配差错率、中药房满意度等指标,评价其应用效果。结果该系统使用后,处方高峰期患者取药等候中位时间由40 min缩短至16 min,药品调配差错率由4.06%降至0.01%,中药房满意度评分由88.68分升至92.13分,人员效能得到大幅提升。结论全自动小包装中药饮片发药系统自动化程度较高,提高了药学服务质量和效率,有利于医院自动化中药房建设。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of the automatic medicine delivery system for small package of Chinese herbal pieces in Chinese medicine pharmacy.Methods The application effect was evaluated by analyzing the waiting time of patients in peak period and the error rate of dispensing before and after the application of the automatic medicine delivery system for small package of Chinese herbal pieces in Chinese medicine pharmacy.Results After the application of the system,the median waiting time of patients in peak period was shortened from 40 min to 16 min,the error rate of drug dispensing was reduced from 4.06%to 0.01%,the satisfaction Chinese medicine pharmacy increased from 88.68 points to 92.13 points,and the staff efficiency was greatly improved.Conclusion The automatic medicine delivery system for small package of Chinese herbal pieces has a high degree of automation,which improves the pharmaceutical service environment,quality and efficiency,and is conducive to the construction of automatic Chinese pharmacy.
