社区卫生服务站用药现状分析

Analysis of Drug Use in Community Health Service Station

目的为更好地开展医联体内基层合理用药管理提供参考。方法随机抽取江苏省扬州市某区21家社区卫生服务站1个月的处方4386张,剔除字迹潦草、难以辨认的无效处方466张,分析该区社区卫生服务站的处方合理性及用药现状。结果3920张处方中,含静脉输液处方2250张(57.40%),不合理处方1806张(46.07%);抗菌药物处方2404张(61.33%),其中含注射用抗菌药物处方2072张(52.86%);二联用药738张(30.70%),三联用药86张(3.58%);使用利巴韦林注射液处方760张(19.39%)。上述处方存在较多不规范之处。结论该区社区卫生服务站的不合理用药现象严重,需从多方面改进,以保证基层群众的用药安全。

Objective To provide reference for better management of rational drug use at the grass-roots level in the medical union.Methods A total of 4386 prescriptions from 21 community health service stations within 1 month in a district of Yangzhou,Jiangsu were randomly selected,excluding 466 invalid prescriptions that were too scribbled and illegible.The rationality of prescriptions and the status of medications in community health service stations in the district were analyzed.Results Among the 3920 prescriptions,2250(57.40%)were intravenous infusion prescriptions,1806(46.07%)were unreasonable prescriptions;2404(61.33%)were antibacterial prescriptions,including 2072 prescriptions for antibacterial drugs(52.86%);738 prescriptions were dual combinations(30.70%),86 prescriptions were triple combinations(3.58%);760 prescriptions were ribavirin injection(19.39%).There were many irregularities in the above prescriptions.Conclusion The phenomenon of irrational drug use in community health service stations in this district is serious and needs to be improved in many ways to ensure the safety of drug use by the grass-roots.
