Membrane Modification to Regulate the Cathode Hydrogenation

摘要 质子交换膜反应器(PEMR)可实现阴极侧CO2的加H转化。本文采用层层自组装(LBL)的方式制备双极膜,用磺化度(DS)为57%的膜,对其进行自组装改性一至三层的表面,采用正交实验的设计,用控制变量法对膜表面进行改性。通过线性伏安(LSV)特性曲线对阴极电势进行比较,用气相色谱的填充柱TDX-01以及核磁共振氢谱对气液相产物进行检测,比较不同改性方式下的性能。结果表明,自组装可以明显提高阴极加氢的电流效率,且随着自组装层数的增加,阴极用来加氢的电势增加,产物的效率增加。 Proton exchange membrane reactor(PEMR) can be used to achieve combination of CO2 and H in the cathode,so as to achieve the efficient use of CO2.Therefore,the proton exchange membrane performance becomes a crucial factor to achieve the high efficiency of transformation. In this paper,the membrane surface was modified by the method of controlling variables with the design idea of orthogonal experiment.The cathode potential was compared by linear voltammetry(LSV) characteristic curve.The gas and liquid products were detected by gas chromatography packed column TDX-01 and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) hydrogen spectrum.Thereby,the performances of different modification methods were compared. Firstly,the membranes with sulfonation degree(DS) of 57% were used in experiments,and then they were modified through layer by layer self-assembly(LBL).The results show that LBL can obviously improve the current efficiency of cathode hydrogenation.With the increase of the number of self-assembly layers,the potential of cathode for hydrogenation increases,and the efficiency of products increases.
