基于PLC与单片机的滑翔伞模拟器控制系统设计

摘要 为提高模拟器控制系统的控制精度,设计出一种以PLC控制器、触摸屏和单片机为系统主要组成,并采用基于以转速为被控量的PID自整定算法以达到高精度且可靠性强的自动控制系统。通过搭建实验平台和Matlab的图表显示功能证明,PID自整定算法可以很好地使用在转速闭环控制中,证明该设计系统能达到高精度和高机动性的控制要求,对同类系统的设计具有很好的参考价值。 In order to enhance the accuracy of control system,an automatic control system is designed mainly based on PLC,HMI and MCU.This system also adopts a PID self-tuning method based on rotational speed as a quantity of control to make itself more accurate and reliable.The results of experiment and the figure of Matlab show that the PID self-tuning method is suitable for closed loop control of rotational speed.It turns out that this system is well qualified for the demand of high accuracy and high maneuverability.It’s also a good model for other similar design of automatic control system.
