辅导员主导性的发挥机制探析

College counselors play a leading role in students’work,and how to use this leadership is an important subject of strategic significance.The realistic value of counselors’leadership is to guarantee the talent training,maintain the campus security as well as the stability and promote college students’growth and all-round development.The basic way mainly includes carrying out education,implementing management,providing service and organizing extracurricular practice.The mechanism to play the leading role of counselors should be based on holding class meeting as the main channel,exploring and solving students'problems in time,relying on the construction of League branch and class committee,taking the lead in teaching by example,and taking advantage of the network.
