摘要
随着我国餐饮业的发展,餐饮油烟污染越来越严重。现针对油烟治理现状,综合各种油烟净化技术的特点和实用对象,说明一种利用复合式油烟净化技术对餐饮油烟的各个组成成分进行分步净化的油烟分级处理系统。文章结合机械式油烟净化技术、湿式喷淋净化技术和吸附式油烟净化技术的优缺点,利用旋风分离器和惯性分离器,针对油烟颗粒和油滴进行分离净化,湿式喷淋器针对油烟气态有机物进行分离净化,吸附过滤装置,针对油烟挥发性有机物和油烟异味净化,构成一种适用于中小型餐馆的低成本、高净化率的油烟净化装置。文章旨在解决众多餐饮油烟问题中的一小类。
With the development of catering industry in China,the pollution of cooking fume is becoming more and more serious.In view of the present situation of oil fume treatment and the characteristics and practical objects of various oil fume purification technologies.This paper describes a system of oil fume grading treatment which uses compound oil fume purification technology to purify each component of cooking fume step by step,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical oil fume purification technology,wet spray purification technology and adsorption oil fume purification technology,cyclone separator and inertial separator are used to separate and purify oil fume particles and oil droplets.The utility model relates to a low-cost and high-purification oil fume purifying device for small and medium-sized restaurants.This paper aims to solve a small category of the problem of cooking fume.
