摘要
与传统的技术相比,变频控制技术在多个领域受到欢迎,因为具有更多的优点,例如,高效的节能效果、噪音低以及可迅速调温等。为使其更加成熟,需要在目前研究的基础上对各项指标进行不断优化,功能的完善有利于在后期发展中获得较大的空间。文章对变频压缩机的研究,主要集中在对其驱动控制系统进行分析,具体是从组成系统的部分、相应的数学模型构建等方面入手。基于永磁同步电机中相应的技术进行整合探讨,包括无传感器控制技术等。对控制系统进行研究主要是为了缩短系统在运行过程中需要的时间。
Compared with traditional technology,frequency conversion control technology is popular in many fields because of its more advantages,such as high efficiency,low noise and rapid temperature adjustment.In order to make it more mature,it is necessary to optimize the indexes on the basis of current research,and the perfection of function is helpful to obtain more space in the later development.In this paper,the research of frequency conversion compressor is mainly focused on the analysis of its drive control system,specifically from the components of the system,the corresponding mathematical model construction and so on.Based on the corresponding technology of PMSM,including sensorless control technology Art,etc.The main purpose of the research on the control system is to shorten the time needed in the operation of the system.
