摘要
通过回顾TOD开发的核心理念、空间导向和类型划分,以上海城市TOD综合开发为研究主体,对其不同发展阶段的实践路径进行分析,总结上海TOD综合开发既有实践六大典型类型:与传统商圈相结合的城市中心型、枢纽新城型、近郊邻里中心型、远郊新城建设型、主城枢纽更新型、片区一体化整合更新型,阐释其背景与特征,结合上海现有轨道交通发展与商业密度总体空间情况,总结其未来发展趋势。
This paper reviews the core concept,spatial orientation,and type division of TOD development,as well as analyzes the practice path of different development stages with the comprehensive development of TOD in Shanghai.It summarizes 6 typical types:urban center type,hub new town type,suburban neighborhood center type,suburban new town construction type,main city hub type,and regional integration and renewal type.Then explains its background and characteristics,and summarizes its future development based on the overall space situation of Shanghai rail transit development and commercial density.
