摘要
针对多脉冲雷击对ZnO压敏电阻温升特性影响的问题,通过开展多脉冲高压实验,分析不同脉冲数量、脉冲间隔、冲击次数的多脉冲雷电冲击下ZnO压敏电阻表面温升特性,并从能量吸收角度揭示多脉冲雷击下ZnO压敏电阻的老化机理。
In order to solve the problem of the impact of multi‑pulse lightning strike on the temperature rise characteristics of ZnO varistor,the surface temperature rise characteristics of ZnO varistor under multi‑pulse lightning impulse with different pulse number,pulse interval and impulse times are analyzed by means of multi‑pulse high‑voltage test,and the aging mechanism of ZnO varistor under multi‑pulse lightning strike is revealed from the point of view of energy absorption.
