Exploration of Internet Plus Behavior Safety Management System

研究表明,应用行为安全方法能够大幅降低企业事故率。葛洲坝水力发电厂以行为安全“2-4”模型为理论基础,以互联网信息技术为载体,结合电站智能管理体系,构建了一套互联网+行为安全管理体系。阐述了管理体系的主要内涵,给出了主要做法,并进行了实践。实践结果表明,应用互联网+行为安全生产管理体系,可有效提升电厂的安全管理水平,从而保证电厂的安全稳定运行。

The research shows that the application of behavioral safety method can greatly reduce the accident rate of enterprises.Theoretically based on the behavior safety"2-4"model,with internet information technology as carrier,and combined with the intelligent power plant management system,the Gezhouba Dam Hydro Power Plant establishes a set of internet plus behavior safety management system.This paper expounds the main connotation of this management system,presents the main methods and practices.The practical results show that application of internet plus Behavior safety management system may effectively enhance safety management level,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of power plant.
