摘要 提出一种基于人工智能远程交互的输电线路立体巡检技术。通过在无人机上搭载多个功能模块进行线路巡检,充分利用立体巡检过程中无人机采集的红外、可见光等影像数据,基于大数据挖掘、影像空间三维技术及视觉测量技术,实现线路导线金具发热缺陷、交跨和线地(树)安全距离风险的自动化诊断、定位,并通过移动外网交互技术规划,制定巡检和消缺方案。试验结果表明,该技术的应用可有效提升输电线路的智能运检水平。 A three-dimensional inspection technique of the transmission lines based on remote interactive AI is proposed.Multi-functional modules are carried on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)to inspect the transmission lines.The infrared and visible image data are collected by UAV based on big data mining and three-dimensional image and visual measurement technologies during the stereoscopic inspection,to realize the automated diagnosis and locating of the heat up defect of wire fittings and the risk of safe distances between crossing lines and between lines and ground.The inspection plan and defect elimination scheme are established by using mobile extranet interaction technology.Experiment results show that application of this technology can effectively improve the intelligent inspection level of transmission lines.
