摘要 随着电池储能电站的不断投运,其安全问题逐渐突显,开展电池储能电站安全问题研究对于促进电池储能电站的持续、健康发展具有重要现实意义。概述了电池储能电站的发展现状,总结了电池储能电站的主要事故类型。针对电池储能电站的主要安全风险因素(如火灾、爆炸、中毒、触电、灼烫等)进行分析,并提出了相应的防范对策。 As battery energy storage power plants are continually put into operation,the safety problems have become gradually highlighted.Carrying out research on safety problems of battery energy storage power plant would have great realistic importance to the promotion of sustainable,healthy development of battery energy storage power plant.The paper summarizes the development status of battery energy storage systems(BESS)and the major accident types involved in battery energy storage,analyzes the main safety risk factors of battery energy storage power plant(e.g.fire,explosion,poisoning,electric shock and burns etc.),and puts forward the corresponding prevention measures.
