摘要
从KCONG软件模型重构所需要的标准接口数据文件出发,阐述SPD软件焊接模块开发、焊脚高度设置和基准面选择的问题。通过非干涉部件筛选、SPD软件焊接图纸的开发和流程优化,解决小组立机器人在实际应用施工时的图纸问题,使该项基于SPD软件的智能制造技术在我国船舶企业顺利实现实船化应用。
Starting from the standard interface data files required for the reconstruction of KCONG software model,the problems of welding module development,welding foot height setting,and datum plane selection of SPD software are expounded.Through the non interference components screening,and the development and flow optimization of SPD software welding drawings,the drawing problem of sub assembly robot in practical application and construction is solved,so that the intelligent manufacturing technology based on the SPD software can be successfully applied in the ship enterprises of our country.
