摘要 为实现对人员、设备、物料等各生产要素的精准定位,需研究船舶车间智能管理相关技术。基于UWB定位技术,开发船舶车间高精度定位系统,完成在典型船舶车间的试验验证,车间内关键要素定位精度达到分米级,为作业人员跟踪、实时生产管控提供辅助,提高车间生产效率,推进船舶智能制造。 In order to achieve the accurate positioning of production elements,such as personnel,equipment,materials,etc.,it is necessary to study the relevant intelligent management technologies of ship workshop.Based on the Ultra Wide Band(UWB)positioning technology,the high precision positioning system of ship workshop is developed,the test verification in typical ship workshop is completed,and the positioning accuracy of key elements in workshop reaches the decimetre level,which can provide the assistance for the operator tracking and real time production control,improve the workshop production efficiency,and promote the ship intelligent manufacturing.
