生产性服务业发展的产业结构调整升级效应研究——来自中国267个城市的经验数据

Research on Industrial Structure Adjustment and Upgrading Effect of the Development of Productive Service Industry

研究目标:探究生产性服务业发展对产业结构调整升级的作用。研究方法:运用面板模型对2008~2017年中国267个地级市面板数据进行计量分析。研究发现:生产性服务业发展对产业结构合理化的作用大于对产业结构高级化的作用,且存在非线性关系;生产性服务业发展质量提升能促进产业结构调整升级,且研究期内尚未达最优水平,但发展规模过大、发展结构初级化抑制了产业结构调整升级;生产性服务业结构高端化是促进产业结构调整升级的关键;为促进产业结构调整升级,东部应同时提高生产性服务业发展规模、结构和质量,中西部则应关注提升发展质量。研究创新:同时从规模、结构和质量三个维度考察生产性服务业发展及其对产业结构调整升级的促进机制,并分时段、分地区探讨其作用差异。研究价值:丰富了生产性服务业发展内涵,为促进该产业发展、产业结构调整升级等政策制定提供依据。

Research Objectives:To explore the effect of the development of productive service industry on industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.Research Methods:Panel model is used to carry out quantitative analysis on panel data of 267 prefecture-level cities in China from 2008 to 2017.Research Findings:The development of productive service industry has a greater effect on the rationalization of the industrial structure of the sample cities than the advanced structure of the industry,and there is a non-linear relationship.The development quality of productive service industry can promote industrial structure adjustment and upgrading,and it has not yet reached the optimal level during the study period,but the development scale is too large and primary structure of development inhibits the industrial structure adjustment and upgrade.Improving the development structure of producer services is the key to promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure.In order to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure,the eastern region should simultaneously increase the scale,structure and quality of producer services,while the central and western regions should focus on improving the quality of development.Research Innovations:This article examines the development of producer services and its mechanism for adjusting and upgrading the industrial structure in terms of scale,structure,and quality simultaneously,and explores the differences in the role of productive service industry development in industrial structure adjustment and upgrading from different time periods and different regions.Research Value:This paper enriches the the development connotation of producer services,and provides the basis for the formulation of related policies such as the development of productive services and the adjustment and upgrading of the industrial structure.
