我国金融业高质量发展水平测度及时空分布特征研究

The Measurement and Characteristics of China's Financial Industry High-quality Development

研究目标:构造金融业高质量发展指数,并分析其时空分布特征,多维度综合评价我国金融业高质量发展水平。研究方法:SBM-DEA模型、分布动态学方法、空间计量方法等。研究发现:在效率维度上,金融业发展质量不断提高,产出效率持续上升,但投入效率相对偏低;在公平维度上,金融业发展的区域差异逐步缩小,普惠发展态势初显,但不平衡不充分发展仍是常态;在可持续维度上,金融业发展的稳定性总体改善,但实现可持续发展仍面临较多挑战。2013年后金融业已从高速发展进入高质量发展阶段。研究创新:归纳提出金融业高质量发展的多维度内涵,并从效率、公平、可持续三个维度测度了我国金融业高质量发展水平。研究价值:测度我国金融业高质量发展水平,为“十四五”金融业发展规划制定和差异化金融政策制定提供依据和参考。

Research Objectives:The high-quality development level of the financial industry in China is comprehensively evaluated in a multi-dimensional manner by compiling the high-quality development index and analyzing its spatial and temporal characteristics.Research Methods:SBM-DEA Model,distribution dynamics and spatial econometric methods.Research Findings:From the perspective of“efficiency”,the quality of China's financial industry is constantly improving,and the output efficiency has continued to rise,but the input efficiency is relatively low.From the perspective of“fairness”,regional differences are gradually narrowing,and the development of inclusive finance is beginning to emerge.But unbalanced and inadequate development remains the norm.From the perspective of“sustainability”,the stability of financial development has improved,but the sustainable development of financial industry still faces challenges.After 2013,the financial industry has entered the stage of high-quality development from rapid development.Research Innovations:This paper puts forward the multi-dimensional connotation of high-quality development of financial industry and measures the level of it from perspectives of“efficiency”,“fairness”and“sustainability”.Research Value:This paper reviews the development process of China's financial industry in the perspective of high-quality development and provides the reference for the financial industry development planning and differentiated local financial policies in the 14th Five-Year Plan.
