独活寄生汤联合封闭疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床研究

Clinical Study on Duhuo Jisheng Tang Combined with Block Therapy for Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

目的:观察独活寄生汤联合封闭疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将第三腰椎横突综合征患者72例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组采用地塞米松注射液封闭治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用独活寄生汤口服治疗。观察比较2临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和腰椎Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分。结果:总有效率观察组为83.33%,对照组为58.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者疼痛VAS评分、腰椎ODI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组两项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤联合封闭疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征可显著减轻疼痛,改善腰椎功能,疗效优于单纯封闭治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng tang combined with block therapy for the third lumbar transverse process syndrome. Methods: A total of 72 cases of patients withthe third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,36 cases in each group. The control group was given block therapy with dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection,and the observation group was additionally treated with oral administration of Duhuo Jisheng tang based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was observed and compared between the two groups. The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) for Low Back Pain before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 83.33% in the observation group, and 58.33% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The therapy of Duhuo Jisheng tang combined with block therapy in treating the third lumbar transverse process syndrome can relieve pain and improve the lumbar function,whose curative effect is better than that of simple block therapy.
