鲜益母草胶囊联合五加生化胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净临床研究

Clinical Study on Xianyimucao Capsules Combined with Wujia Shenghua Capsules for Prolonged Lochia After Cesarean Section

目的:观察鲜益母草胶囊联合五加生化胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净的临床疗效。方法:选取126例剖宫产后恶露不净产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组62例和观察组64例。对照组给予五加生化胶囊治疗,观察组给予鲜益母草胶囊联合五加生化胶囊治疗。治疗后,对比2组恶露持续时间、子宫三径之和、子宫内膜异常及宫腔积血发生率,观察2组治疗前后中医证候评分的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组血性恶露持续时间及恶露持续时间均短于对照组(P<0.01),子宫三径之和大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组子宫内膜异常及宫腔积血发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组面色、血色、阴道出血量及小腹疼痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),观察组面色、血色、阴道出血量、小腹疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊联合五加生化胶囊治疗剖宫产后恶露不净,可缩短恶露持续时间,促进子宫修复,改善临床症状。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Xianyimucao capsules combined with Wujia Shenghua capsules on prolonged lochia after cesarean section. Methods: A total of 126 cases of women with prolonged lochia after cesarean section were selected and divided into the control group(62 cases) and the observation group(64 cases)according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Wujia Shenghua capsules, while the observation group was treated with Xianyimucao capsules combined with Wujia Shenghua capsules. After treatment, the excretion time of lochia,the size of three dimensions of uterus and the incidence of endometrium abnormality and uterine hemorrhage were compared between the two groups, and the changes of Chinese medicine syndrome scores were observed before and after treatment. Results: The duration of lochia in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the size of three dimensions of uterus was greater than that in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment,the incidence of endometrial abnormality and uterine hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of complexion,blood color,amount of vaginal bleeding and lowerabdominal pain in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.01), and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The therapy of Xianyimucao capsules combined with Wujia Shenghua capsules can shorten the duration of lochia, promote uterine repair and improve clinical symptoms.
