何迎春辨治慢性疲劳综合征用药规律探讨

Study on Administration Law of HE Yingchun’s Differentiation and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

目的:对何迎春教授辨治慢性疲劳综合征的临床用药和治疗经验进行总结。方法:收集何教授治疗慢性疲劳综合征病例63例,共150张处方单,采用频数分布调查方法归纳处方用药的特点,探讨其治疗慢性疲劳综合征的理念及思路。结果:何教授辨治慢性疲劳综合征分为4个类型,即脾胃湿热型、肝郁脾虚型、气血亏虚型及肾精不足型,分别以三仁汤、柴胡疏肝散合平胃散、十全大补汤、二仙汤为基础方进行加减治疗,其中出现次数最多的前9味药为炙甘草、川芎、炒白芍、茯苓、当归、炒枳壳、陈皮、炒白术、炒谷芽。结论:何教授治疗慢性疲劳综合征以顾护脾胃、调整阴阳原则为指导,重视健脾和胃、平衡阴阳,善用药对,加减灵活,效果显著。

Objective: To summarize Prof. HE Yingchun’s experience in the clinical medication and treatment in differentiating chronic fatigue syndrome. Methods:A total of 150 prescriptions were collected from 63 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome treated by Prof. HE. The characteristics of medication in those prescriptions were summarized by frequency distributionmethod,and his ideas of the treatment of the disease were discussed. Results:Prof. HE differentiated chronic fatigue syndrome into four types, namely spleen and stomach damp-heat type, liver depression and spleen deficiency type, qi-blood depletiontype, and kidney essence deficiency type, and treated them respectively with modified Sanren tang,Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Pingwei powder,Shiquan Dabu tang and Erxian tang. Among them,the top nine Chinese herbs used most frequently were Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae Praeparata cum Melle,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,fried Radix Paeoniae Alba, Poria, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, fried Fructus Aurantii, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, fried Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and fried Fructus Setariae Germinatus. Conclusion: Guided by the principle of "reinforcing for the spleen and stomach and balancing yin and yang",Prof. HE attaches great importance to strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach as well as balancing yin and yang,and is good at using herbs combination and flexibly modifies them,resulting in significant therapeutic effect.
