The Scientific Connotation of Xi Jinping′s Thought of Ruling the Country by Law

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央围绕全面依法治国发表了一系列重要论述,揭示了全面依法治国的科学内涵:全面依法治国的总原则是“三者统一”;全面依法治国的总目标是建设中国特色社会主义法治体系、建设社会主义法治国家;全国依法治国的总方针是依法执政;全面依法治国的总方向是中国特色社会主义法治道路;全面依法治国的总价值是尊重和保障人权。在此理论基础上,中国开启了全面依法治国的崭新实践。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping at its core has issued a series of important expositions on ruling the country by law comprehensively,which reveal the scientific connotation of ruling the country by law comprehensively:the general principle of ruling the country by law is"the unification of the three";the general goal is building a socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics and a socialist country ruled by law;the general policy is governing by law;the general direction is the road of rule of law with Chinese characteristics;the total value is respecting and safeguarding human rights.On the basis of this theory,China has opened up a new practice of ruling the country by law comprehensively.
