基于微服务的大学生心理咨询模型及其服务平台设计与实现

Design and Implementation of College Students’ Psychological Counseling Model Based on Micro-Service and Its Service Platform

传统的心理系统是基于Web端实现的,随着移动互联网的兴起,微信的快速发展,基于微信平台实现的系统不仅可以跨平台,而且能让学生很方便的随时随地开展心理咨询活动。提出了一种基于PDCA模型的大学生心理咨询全生命周期的过程管理模型,支持大学生心理健康演化成长;并基于微服务实现了大学生心理咨询服务平台原型系统设计与开发,原型系统目前已上线为大学生提供心理咨询服务,运行结果良好,系统功能稳定,有效改善了大学生的心理状态,降低了心理问题的发病率。

The traditional psychological system is realized on the Web side. With the rise of mobile Internet and the rapid development of We Chat, the system based on We Chat platform can not only cross the platform, but also make it convenient for students to carry out psychological counseling activities anytime and anywhere. A process management model of college students’ psychological counseling lifecycle based on PDCA model was proposed to support the evolution and growth of college students’ mental health. The prototype system of college students’ psychological counseling service platform has been designed and developed based on micro services. The prototype system has been put online to provide college students with psychological counseling services, with good operation results,stable system functions, effectively improving the psychological state of college students, and reducing the incidence of psychological problems.
