驮英水库大坝工程沥青混凝土配合比试验 被引量:1

摘要 采用驮英水库大坝工程沥青混凝土拌合站各级成品料仓材料,通过热料级配筛分试验,进行各级热料筛分级配与设计标准级配的生产级配曲线拟合,选定沥青混凝土施工配合比矿料级配;结合沥青混凝土马歇尔试验,测定不同油石比马歇尔试件的孔隙率、稳定度和流值,分析选择最优沥青用量。得出试验结果为:驮英水库大坝工程沥青混凝土施工配合比参数为最大骨料粒径19 mm、级配指数0.38、矿粉含量12%、沥青用量油石比6.6%。 For main dam construction of Tuoying Reservoir project,hot material grading and screening test was conducted with various levels of finished bin materials from the asphalt concrete mixing station to fit the production grading curve to the design standard grading and determine the aggregate graduation.Combined with the Marshall test of asphalt concrete,the porosity,stability and flow value of Marshall specimens of different asphalt-aggregate ratios were measured,based on which the optimum asphalt content was analyzed and selected.The mix proportion parameters out of the test include the maximum aggregate grain diameter of 19 mm,grading index of 0.38,ash content of 12%,asphalt-aggregate ratio of 6.6%.
