摘要
安徽省沿淮淮北地区水资源紧缺,为充分利用流域洪水资源,以淮河干流与城西湖蓄洪区洪水资源化利用研究科研项目成果为基础,研究分析临淮岗蓄水、城西湖和蚌埠闸上提高正常蓄水位的必要性及可行性,分析工程蓄水方案、城西湖引水方案、水资源调度方案。在做好蓄水影响处理工程的同时,优化水利工程调度,科学利用当地雨洪资源,缓解区域干旱缺水压力,对增强淮河流域水资源调配能力,支撑流域经济社会发展和生态环境改善有重要意义。
The Huaibei region of Anhui Province is short of water resources.In order to make full use of the flood resources of Huaihe River Basin,based on the scientific research achievemerts of flood resources utilization on main stream of Huaihe River and in Chengxi Lake flood storage area;the author analyzed the necessity and feasibility of water storage by Linhuaigang Project and raising the normal pool level of Chengxi Lake and Bengbu Sluice;analyzed the water storage project,the water diversion scheme of Chengxi Lake and the water resources regulating program.Engineering works were constructed to alleviate the impacts of water storage,the regulating scheme of water conservancy projects were optimized and scientific utilization of local rain and flood resources are carried out,which relief regional drought and water shortage,enhance the water resources allocation capacity,is meaningful for economic and social development as well as ecological environment improvement within the Huaihe River basin.
