介绍了新疆大中型水库移民的现状及安置区存在的主要问题。通过分析党的十九大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央制定的一系列惠民政策,探讨了如何利用好当前的惠民政策,通过解放和发展移民的生产力,实现新时期新疆水库移民安居乐业,社会安定有序的后续发展途径。

An introduction was made on the current status of resettlement of mid-and large-scale reservoirs in Xinjiang as well as the major problems existing in the relocated areas.Analysis was made on a series of policies which have been formulated to benefit people by the central committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)with comrade XI Jin-ping as the core since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,based on which the author discussed how to make full use of the preferential policies to liberate and develop the productive forces of people,realize sustainable stable and orderly development of society with the resettled inhabitants of reservoirs in Xinjiang living and working in peace and contentment.
