Building safety technical protection wall for power system operation

"发展决不能以牺牲人的生命为代价",这是习近平总书记明确的一条不可逾越的红线。当前,我国电力行业安全生产事故时有发生,严重危害了经济社会发展和人民群众生命财产安全。本文从县级电力企业安全生产管理现状出发,结合具体的安生事故案例,深入分析了电力系统安全事故的原因,提出了从创新理念、加大新技术应用的建议,降低安全事故的发生,提高安全作业水平。

Safety accidents occur in China’s electric power industry from time to time at present,which seriously harm the economic social development and people’s life and property safety.Starting from the current situation of production safety management in county-level power enterprises,combined with actual safety accidents,analysis was made on the causes for accidents,based on which it is suggested that we shall increase the application of new technologies with innovative ideas to reduce safety accidents and improve safe operation level.
