多模态磁共振扫描技术用于胶质母细胞瘤术后放射性脑损伤的分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究多模态磁共振扫描技术用于胶质母细胞瘤术后放射性脑损伤的效果,并分析其应用价值。方法选择2017年5月—2019年2月本院收治的行胶质母细胞瘤术后同步放化疗的患者20例的临床资料进行分析,所有患者均以多模态磁共振扫描技术进行诊断,观察并分析患者诊断后的结果。结果在脑灌注成像中,复发组患者的最大脑血容量(CBV)和平均脑血容量(CBV)明显高于损伤组(P<0.05);标准化表观扩散系数值(ADC)和胆碱/N-乙酰天冬氨酸(Cho/NAA)、胆碱/磷酸肌酸(Cho/Cr)比值在两组中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论利用这些差别,可以区分肿瘤复发拟或放射性脑损伤,为患者提供科学、准确的临床诊断,指导进一步的治疗。 Objective To study the effect of multimodal magnetic resonance scanning technique on postoperative radiation brain injury after surgery for glioblastoma and analyze its application value.Methods Twenty patients with glioblastoma who were treated with postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy in our hospital from May 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the object of study,and the clinical data of the patients were analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by multimodal magnetic resonance scanning technique,and the diagnostic results were observed and analyzed.Results The data of maximum cerebral blood volume(CBV)and average cerebral blood volume(CBV)in the recurrent group were significantly higher than those in the injury group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in standardized ADC,Cho/NAA and Cho/Cr between the recurrent group and the injury group(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of multimodal magnetic resonance scanning technique in the diagnosis of postoperative radiation brain injury in patients with glioblastoma could effectively distinguish the symptoms of the patients,provide scientific and accurate clinical diagnosis to patients and guide further treatment.
