调节性T细胞及相关细胞因子在Graves病骨量异常患者中水平的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究调节性T细胞(Treg)及相关细胞因子表达水平在Graves病(GD)骨量异常患者中的变化及其意义。方法选择2018年1月—2019年12月本院收治的GD患者80例作为研究对象,按骨密度的差异分为骨量正常组(30例)、低骨量组(23例)及骨质疏松组(27例)三组。另取同期健康体检者30名作为对照组。比较各组Treg及相关细胞因子表达水平,骨代谢相关指标。结果骨质疏松组、低骨量组、骨量正常组及对照组的Treg均呈逐渐升高趋势,而NF-κB、TNF-α均呈逐渐下降趋势(均P<0.05)。骨质疏松组、低骨量组、骨量正常组及对照组的BGP、PINP及OPG水平均呈逐渐降低趋势(均P<0.05)。结论Treg于GD骨量异常患者中存在明显低表达,而NF-κB、TNF-α存在明显高表达,上述指标可能成为临床诊治GD患者骨质疏松的潜在指标。 Objective To study the diversification of the levels of regulatory T cells(Treg)and related cytokines in patients with Graves'disease(GD)with abnormal bone mass and their significance.Methods 80 GD patients those admitted to our hospital during January 2018 and December 2019 were enrolled as objects of in the study,according to the difference of bone density,they were divided into normal bone mass group(n=30),low bone mass group(n=23)and osteoporosis group(n=27).Another 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group.The expression levels of Treg and related cytokines,relevant indexes of bone metabolism in each group were compared and the correlation was analyzed.Results In osteoporosis group,low bone mass group,normal bone mass group and control group,Treg gradually increased,while NF-κB and TNF-αgroups gradually decreased(P<0.05).BGP,PINP and OPG in osteoporosis group,low bone mass group,normal bone mass group and control group showed gradually decreasing trend(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of Treg in patients with Graves'disease(GD)with abnormal bone mass is depressed significantly,while NF-κB and TNF-αpresents a high expression.Above indicators may be a potential indicator of osteoporosis in clinical diagnosis and treatment of GD patients.
