摘要
对棉花开放授粉试验中蜜蜂授粉和人工授粉的农艺性状和考种性状进行了比较,结果显示蜜蜂授粉在铃数、单铃籽粒数、铃重、不孕率等方面优于人工授粉。对2013和2014年网室内蜜蜂授粉2年结果与开放条件下蜜蜂授粉进行比较,发现开放条件下蜜蜂授粉的单铃籽粒数、铃重、籽指优于网室内蜜蜂授粉。最后,对开放条件下蜜蜂授粉进行了总结,旨在推动三系杂交棉制种的发展。
In the open pollination experiment,bee pollination and manual pollination were compared in agronomic traits and seed traits.Bee pollination was superior to artificial pollination in boll number,single boll grain number,boll weight and infertility rate.Comparing the results of pollination in 2013 and 2014 with those under open conditions,it was found that in the aspects of single boll seed number,boll weight and seed finger,bee pollination under open conditions was superior to that under open conditions.The honeybee pollination under open conditions was summarized,which promoted the development of seed production of three-line hybrid cotton.
