摘要
为了提高草菇床栽产量,采用无纺布对草菇的菌丝生长和子实体生长进行处理。结果表明,菌丝阶段覆盖无纺布减少培养料水分散失,平均产量达6.21 kg/m 2,生物学效率达31.1%,比对照CK 1平均产量提高50.72%,达极显著水平。子实体发育阶段无纺布覆盖处理对产量提高效果显著,但未达极显著效果,且使用不当有减产风险。
In order to increase the yield of Volvariella Volvacea in bed,the mycelium growth and fruiting body growth of Volvariella Volvacea were treated with non-woven cloth.The results showed that covering the mycelium with non-woven cloth reduced the moisture loss of the culture medium,the average yield was 6.21 kg/m 2,the biological efficiency was 31.1%,and the average yield was 50.72%higher than CK 1.The covering treatment of non-woven fabric in the development stage of fruiting body had a significant effect on increasing yield,but it did not achieve a very significant effect.
