摘要
将路易斯安娜鸢尾“Pastiche”种植于富营养化污水中,研究不同浓度的富营养化污水对鸢尾叶片叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,在鸢尾“Pastiche”生长前期,在较高浓度(处理①:N 17.96 mg/L、盐度250.00 mg/L)的污水中鸢尾“Pastiche”的叶绿素含量与CK无显著差异;在中(处理②:N 12.98 mg/L、盐度184.67 mg/L)、低(处理③:N 8.65 mg/L、盐度125.35 mg/L)浓度的污水中鸢尾“Pastiche”的叶绿素含量与CK差异显著(P<0.05)。在鸢尾“Pastiche”生长后期,在高、中、低浓度(处理①、②、③)的污水中鸢尾“Pastiche”的叶绿素含量较CK均较高,且差异显著(P<0.05);总体表现:鸢尾“Pastiche”在3种浓度的污水中均能很好地生长,尤其是在中、低浓度的污水中表现更好。鸢尾“Pastiche”对去除3种浓度的富营养化污水中的氮素都具有显著的作用,去除效果表现为处理③>处理②>CK>处理①。
Iris louisiana“Pastiche”was planted in eutrophication sewage to study the effects of different concentrations of eutrophication sewage on chlorophyll content of“Pastiche”leaves.The results showed that in the early stage of the growth of“Pastiche”,there was no significant difference in chlorophyll content between“Pastiche”and CK in the wastewater with higher concentration(treatment①:N 17.96 mg/L,salinity 250.00 mg/L).The chlorophyll content of“Pastiche”was significantly different from that of CK in middle(treatment②:N 12.98 mg/L,salinity 184.67 mg/L)and low(treatment③:N 8.65 mg/L,salinity 125.35 mg/L).In the later stage of the growth of“Pastiche”,the chlorophyll content of“Pastiche”was higher than that of CK in high,middle and low concentrations(treatment①,②,③),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Overall performance:“Pastiche”could grow well in three concentrations of sewage,especially in medium and low concentrations.“Pastiche”had a significant effect on the removal of N in three concentrations of eutrophication sewage,and the removal effect was as follows:treatment③>treatment②>CK>treatment①.
