外科手术案例教学法在动物局部解剖学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究外科手术案例教学法在动物局部解剖学中的应用效果,选取河北北方学院动物医学专业2个班70名学生为教学对象:1班为传统教学组,采用常规教学方式;2班为案例教学组,在教学过程中引入动物外科手术临床案例进行案例教学。通过考核成绩分析和发放调查问卷对教学效果进行评价。问卷调查结果表明,90.36%的同学表示喜欢案例教学法,同时愿意积极参与到这种教学过程;86.75%的同学对案例教学的认可度高于传统教学;84.34%的同学认为案例教学法有助于提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,80.72%的同学认为可以培养学生的团队协作意识和团队协作精神,75.90%的同学认为案例教学法提高了学生学习局部解剖学的兴趣。从考试成绩来看,案例组学生总体考核成绩显著高于传统组,差异显著(P<0.05)。这说明外科手术案例教学法的教学效果明显优于传统教学法,适合在动物局部解剖学中应用推广。 In order to study the application effect of surgical case teaching method in animal regional anatomy,70 students in 2 classes of animal medicine undergraduate major in Hebei North University were selected as teaching objects and divided into two groups.Class 1 were traditional teaching group,in which the traditional teaching method was adopted.Class 2 was case teaching group,in which the clinical cases of surgical operation were introduced in the process of case teaching.The teaching effect was evaluated by means of questionnaire survey and examination results.The results of the questionnaire showed that 90.36%of students liked the case teaching method and were willing to actively participate in the teaching process;86.75%of students were more satisfied with the case teaching than the traditional teaching;84.34%of students believed that the case method improved students’ability to analyze and solve problems;80.72%believed that it improved the spirit of teamwork and 75.90%believed that it increased students’interest in studying local anatomy.The examination results showed that the scores of students in the case group were significantly higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The results showed that surgical case teaching method was suitable for the application of animal regional anatomy and the effect of case teaching was better than that of traditional teaching.
