智慧教育示范区创建机制框架研究

Research on the Creation Mechanism Framework of Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone

智慧教育示范区是中国智慧教育探索的试点工程,与加快实现教育现代化、建设教育强国息息相关。基于此,文章首先阐述了教育信息化2.0时代的智慧教育示范区及其价值定位,从创建规模、基础创建条件、创建侧重点三个方面剖析了全国智慧教育示范区的特征;随后,在借鉴新加坡教育治理体系的基础上,文章结合我国智慧教育示范区的具体情况,设计了智慧教育示范区创建机制框架;最后,文章以山西省运城市为例,阐述了智慧教育示范区创建机制框架的具体应用并提出相关建议,以期更好地推进我国智慧教育示范区的建设。

The wisdom education demonstration zone is a pilot project of Chinese Wisdom Education Exploration,which is closely related to accelerating the realization of education modernization and building an educational power.Based on this,this paper first expounded the wisdom education demonstration zone and its value orientation in the era of Education Informationization 2.0,and analyzed the characteristics of the National Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone from three aspects of the establishment scale,foundation creation conditions and creation emphasis.Then,on the basis of learning from Singapore’s educational governance system and combining with the specific situation of Chinese Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone,this paper designed the creation mechanism framework of the Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone.Finally,taking Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper expounded the specific application of the creation mechanism framework of the Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone and put forward relevant suggestions,expecting to better promote the construction of National Wisdom Education Demonstration Zone.
