摘要
文章首先回顾了我国1999~2019年中小学教师信息化能力建设政策的变迁历程,并将其分为起步期、发展期、提升期、深化期四个阶段。随后,文章分析了中小学教师信息化能力建设政策的内在特征和演进趋势,构建了中小学教师信息化能力建设体系。最后,文章对相关政策进行了反思,认为中小学教师信息化能力建设政策应当积极培育能力成长文化。总结中小学教师信息化能力建设的历史经验,有利于明晰相关政策与教师信息化能力建设的关系,为持续提升政策的效应空间提供参考。
This paper firstly reviewed the evolution process of the informationization capacity construction policies for primary and secondary school teachers in China from 1999 to 2019,which was divided into four stages of the initial stage,the development stage,the promotion stage and the deepening stage.Then,it analyzed the inherent characteristics and evolution trend of the informationization capacity construction policies for primary and secondary school teachers,constructed a system of informationization capacity construction for primary and secondary teachers.Finally,this paper reflected on relevant policies and believed that the informationization capacity construction policies for primary and secondary school teachers should actively cultivate the culture of ability growth.Summarizing the historical experience of informationization ability construction of primary and secondary school teachers was conducive to clarifying the relationship between relevant policies and teachers’informationization capacity construction,which could provide reference for continuously improving the effect space of policies.
