摘要
由于特殊深坑环境和独特设计创意,长沙冰雪世界项目建造技术难度大。分析项目建造重难点,介绍绿色建造关键技术,包括矿坑建造部署、破碎岩体坑壁加固技术、高性能混凝土百米向下输送技术、重载平台高支模设计与施工、重型桁架液压提升技术及百万立方米冰窟保温节能技术等。目前项目成功完成实施,取得高质量科技成果,形成了整套关键建造技术。
Due to the special deep excavation environment and unique design ideas,the construction technology of Changsha Ice and Snow World project is very difficult. This paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the project construction,and introduces the key technologies of green construction,including excavation construction and deployment,excavation wall reinforcement technology of broken rock mass,100 m down transportation technology of high-performance concrete,design and construction of high formwork for heavy-duty platform, hydraulic lifting technology of heavy truss and energy conservation technology of million cubic ice caves. At present,the project is successfully implemented,high-quality scientific and technological achievements are achieved, and a complete set of key construction technologies is formed.
