Construction Technology of Rock Wall Anchor Cable Construction Platform in Changsha Ice and Snow World Project

以长沙冰雪世界项目为工程背景,对百米矿坑岩壁锚索施工操作平台安装技术进行研究。根据操作平台搭设场地情况,确定平台布置方案,并通过PKPM计算软件对平台方案进行设计验算,确保平台方案各项设计指标满足规范要求。研究操作平台构造,结合矿坑实际情况,重点研究连壁件,确保操作平台与岩壁连接可靠,保障操作平台整体稳定性。操作平台主体材料按规范要求严格选择,搭设过程严格按设计方案与规范要求执行,保证各构件安装偏差控制在规范允许范围内,确保操作平台可靠安全。

Taking Changsha Ice and Snow World project as the background,the construction technology of anchor cable construction platform in 100 m excavation is studied. According to the construction site of the operation platform,the platform layout is determined,and the platform plan is designed and checked by PKPM calculation software to ensure that all design indexes of the platform meet the requirements of the specification. Research on the structure of the operation platform,combined with the actual situation of the mine,focus on the wall connecting parts,the reliable connection between the operation platform and the rock wall,and the overall stability of the operation platform are ensured. The main materials of the operation platform shall be selected strictly according to the requirements of the specification,and the erection process shall be carried out strictly according to the design scheme and the requirements of the specification,so as to ensure that the installation deviation of each component is controlled within the allowable range of the specification,and ensure the reliability and safety of the operation platform.
