巨型钢框架-上部悬挂下部支承结构体系施工全过程模拟与监测研究 被引量:2

摘要 中科院量子院采用巨型钢框架-上部悬挂下部支承结构体系。该新型结构体系在施工全过程中存在多次受力转化,因此有必要对其进行施工模拟和监测。采用MIDAS/Gen建立有限元分析模型进行施工全过程模拟,分析关键构件和节点应力及变形规律,对关键构件和节点应力和变形实施监测,并将有限元计算值与现场监测值进行对比分析。分析结果表明:现场监测数据与有限元分析结果吻合良好,说明了该施工新技术的合理性。 The Quantum Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences uses a giant steel frame—upper suspension lower support structure system. The new structure system has many times of force transformation during the whole process of construction,so it is necessary to carry out construction simulation and monitoring. The finite element analysis model is established by MIDAS/Gen to simulate the whole process of construction,and analyze the stress and deformation laws of key components and joints,monitor the stress and deformation of key components and joints,and compare the calculated values of finite element analysis with the measured values on site. The analysis results show that the on site monitoring data is in good agreement with the finite element analysis results,which indicates the rationality of the new construction technology.
