摘要
以深广·渠江云谷项目为工程背景,介绍EPC+装配式钢结构建造模式管理实践,包括EPC项目管理团队组建、高效EPC管理体系建立、设计管理体系建立、成本管控、装配化建造、全过程信息化管控。实践结果表明,EPC+装配式钢结构建造模式的应用,节约了人力资源,降低了项目施工安全、质量风险,提升了采购效率,降低了建造成本,缩短了工期,提升了EPC管理水平。
Based on the engineering background of Shenguang Qujiang Yungu project, this paper introduces the management practice of EPC + prefabricated steel structure construction mode,including formation of EPC project management team, establishment of efficient EPC management system,establishment of design management system,cost control,prefabricated construction and whole process information management and control. The practice results show that the application of EPC +prefabricated steel structure construction mode can save human resources,reduce the project construction safety and quality risks,improve the procurement efficiency,reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and improve the EPC management level.
